Q: Where is our store located?

A: Burnsville, North Carolina

Q: If I selected store pickup, when will I know my order is ready?

A: You will receive an email or text update (whichever one you added to your order info) saying your order is ready for local pickup.

Q: What days can I come pickup my order?

A: Monday- Thursday: 9am-6pm & Saturdays: 9am-3pm

We are CLOSED on Fridays & Sundays

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

A: We do offer gift cards online and in our store. Unfortunately our online gift cards are separate from our in store gift cards and will not work in our store. Our in store gift cards WILL NOT work online. You will need to email us for further assistance.

Q:How many days do I have to return an item?

A: Our return policy is 14 days after tracking shows your item has been delivered or after the date you picked up your order.

Items are only eligible for return or exchange when sent back in the original condition in which they were received: unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging. Return/exchanges must also be free of any signs of wash, wear, or odors. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must obtain a tracking number for reference. Please see our full return/exchange policy here >>
